Web 2.0:About
From Web 2.0
The aim of the Web 2.0 Wikia is to create a semi-formal, yet informative, source of information about Web 2.0. It is aimed to benefit everyone, but especially bloggers and the media who wish to learn more about Web 2.0. We aim to cover things the Wikipedia may not, regarding notability.

[edit] Neutral point of view
The Web 2.0 Wikia does not have a neutral point of view policy. Things can be written from a point of view, but with moderation.
If a point of view is provided, it should be counter-balanced with another.
When possible, it should be in a neutral point of view.
[edit] Documentation
Everything must be documented, in order to create a level of accuracy and reliable sourcing of information. Wikipedia and blogs are the trend; however, they are not considered to be reliable sources of information. Since anyone can create an entry, there may be some ulterior motive regarding the posting of information. Personal opinion is not considered documentation, for the most part; writing in third person, with source-citing is a good habit to adopt, in order to retain credibility and to earn respect for the content of these pages.
[edit] Notability
Currently, there is no policy regarding notability. This will develop around community consensus.
[edit] Vandalism
All vandalism will be reverted, and after their second warning in 24hrs they can be banned. The length of the ban depends on central Wikia policy and the sysops choice.
[edit] Civility
Incivility and personal attack will not be tolerated, and will be treated harsher than vandalism.
